I fail to see the relationship between adding TOS ROMS (which don't connect to CAS and RAS) and the destruction of DRAMS because of undershoot on CAS and RAS. I think the problem probably exists when only the extra DRAM is added. If indeed the DRAM is being wiped out by undershoot, the resistors are a very good solution. I just don't think this has anything to do with the ROMs being installed also (unless there is some bizzare interaction between the additional load on the address lines and CAS and RAS in the controller chip or DRAM). If anyone at Atari is reading this and knows what is really happening here, I'd love to hear from you.
