This is a follow-up to my net.singles article in which I announced
that I was in love with someone whom I had met thru net.singles. I
want to thank all of you who sent me congratulations; the response was so
overwhelming that I really couldn't send you all individual thanks, but
I did appreciate it. Especially heart-warming were the letters urging me
to continue posting to the net. I have every intention of doing so; I
just won't post to net.singles. Thanks again to everyone who wrote. I'm
sorry it took so long to post this, but I've (actually, we've) been on
vacation for a while.
In answer to a question that was asked in one of those letters--
Yes, this does mean that I won't be organizing the next net.singles
party. Sorry, folks, you'll have to find another volunteer.
For those of you who are wondering, my boyfriend has never posted
anything to the net and is therefore not someone whose name you'd
recognize. For the truly curious, he can be reached at
{bunker,ittvax}!pkscom!peter. I'll let you guess what his name is.
