UCLA now plays its home football games in the Rose Bowl, but this is
the first year they have done so. Previously they shared the L.A.
Coliseum with USC but took their business elsewhere following problems
settling on a use aggreement. At least the beautiful facility is getting
more use now. It is also available from time to time for non-football events,
such as the World Frisbee Championships, Outdoor conventions and shows, etc.
It has even hosted the Lonestar Beer Texas Style Bar-be-que for L.A..

Q: Which teams play regular-season games in the Rose Bowl?

A: UCLA began using the Rose Bowl as their home field this past year (1982 season).
For many years, the Rose Bowl was Caltech's home field. They last used it
in the 1980 season. (Caltech has the 'honor' of having played in the Rose
Bowl more times than any other college.)
