What if an NFL team used let's say, a 5th or 6th round draft choice and picked Hershal Walker just in case the USFL folded?? Whould this teaam then have exclusive rights to him??? Could be a slick way to pick up a quality player without wasting an early draft pick..(providing the USFL folds).. Ray, WeCo...
