Too bad - Notre Dame lost again, and they were shut out by Miami U, that's a real shame. Doesn't everyone feel sorry for them? Having lived in the midwest all my life, I'm always sick of hearing about them. The Chicago media covers them like a local team - they treat them like National Champions in the pre-season. Even in the national polls they are consistently overrated. Glad to see them put in their place! Now I can sit back and really enjoy the football season. ihuxm!cwa Carl Amport

As a Chicago-area person, and a Boilermaker at heart, I must say that seeing Notre Dame lose, especially after the way they ran the score up against Purdue a few weeks back, gladdens my heart. The remark about Chicago media is accurate; they report Notre Dame (an Indiana team) scores before Bradley (an Illinois team), and sometimes before Loyola (Chicago) !
