Crossing the 50 would put a team in scoring position??? I would like to meet the guy who can throw a ball so that it is still ten feet off the ground 60+ yards downfield. Besides, what would we do with a bunch of little unemployed Europeans? Scott

Regarding the ability to throw a football so that it is still ten feet of the ground at 60+ yards: When I was a freshman at UC Berkeley I saw a member of my dorm do just that repeatedly. He has since gone on to bigger things; he's the starting quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons, Steve Bartkowski. I've never seen another arm throw that well. He was also very good at throwing water balloons of the top floor, but that's another story. Go Cal, Harvey S. Trop mhuxt!hstrop

I saw someone at my graduate school throw 60+ yards and keep the ball off the ground: John Elway. He might not mind the 2-point thrown field goal so much. Ken Glass houxf!glass
