Well, not an awful lot exciting to report this week.
Saskatchewan beat Montreal, the second hottest team
in the league (guess who's hottest?). This win
gave the Roughriders a 4 game winning streak,
their longest since 1976. As has been pointed
out by another submitter, this was back around
the time of the Ron & George show. Saskatchewan
has a good shot at the playoffs - their last
2 games are against Hamilton (last in the East)
and Edmonton, who they're battling it out against.
Edmonton's last 3 games are against Toronto, Winnipeg,
and Saskatchewan, three tough teams.

In the Toronto-B.C. game, which many expect to be
a Grey Cup preview, it ended up tied! Hmmm.
But, B.C.'s starting quarterback, Roy Dewalt,
got injured and will be gone for the rest of
the season, and I don't feel their second quarterback
(heck, I can't even remember his name!) can do
the job - he couldn't in a previous game against
Saskatchewan.

So, by the looks of it, I still stick with my
prediction of a Winnipeg - Toronto Grey Cup,
with defending champion Toronto taking it all.
