Now that I've come down somewhat from the euphoria of our back to back victories over Nebraska and OSWho, I have gained better perspective of this whole "Why is BYU #1" situation. Instead of bitching, why don't we just sit back and see what happens. Let your blood pressure get back to normal. I have a feeling all Sooner fans are going to need all their strength on New Years Day. Should BYU lose to Michigan, then we will be in control of our own destiny. Should BYU win, and OU loses, then we blew it again! ( Oh please, God. Let us not forget the lesson of January 1, 1978 against Arkansas ). Should BYU win, and OU win, then I hope the coaches and writers see the light. Finally, I hope I never hear another OU fan refer to the tie against Texass as a "victory". I just didn't matter. We still moved ahead of them in the polls. Even if we had won, we wouldn't be #1 anyway after the choke at Kansas. Roll on, Big Red!!!! ..!ctvax!uokvax!cdelliot
