As I've posted before, George does his predictions and top twenty based on power ratings. Right now, PSU is tied for 27th with 5 other teams because they have not clobbered anyone (like Air Force, Nebraska, and Auburn have). George predicted Penn State to beat Alabama by one. PSU won by 2 so their power rating does not change because it was 'right'. Personally, (this is Mannie talking), I agree with you 100%. I think Penn State belongs in any top twenty list. Anyway, that is the reason. Someday we might make George a little smarter but for now we are having fun running George and we hope you enjoy reading his top teams and prognostications.
