It's not on my Wednesday to post the picks, as I usually do it on Friday. However, I remembered the Thanksgiving games, and realized that I had to do it today. Anyway, here goes it: T H A N K S G I V I N G D A Y G A M E S NY Jets at Detroit Lions by 3 24:21 St. Louis at Dallas Dallas by 14 31:17 These are obvious! Dallas is the obvious pick, both against St. Louis and on Thanksgiving (haven't lost Turkey day in over ten years). Detroit is tough out-of-division this year, knocking off Dallas, Miami, and the 49ers. Too, they at home for Thanksgiving. I know I would feel better if I were home for Thanksgiving (SIGH)! Sunday: Buffalo at San Diego Chargers by 14 ! 24:10 Cleveland at NY Giants Giants by 15 ! 24:9 Denver at Pittsburgh Denver by 4 24:20 Houston at Cincinnati Bengals by 4 31:27 Kansas City at Seattle Seattle by 11 24:13 LA Raiders at Atlanta Raiders by 7 27:20 LA Rams at New Orleans Rams by 15 21:6 Minnesota at Philadelphia Eagles by 7 27:20 New England at Indianapolis Pats by 14 27:13 San Francisco at Washington Redskins by 3 * 30:27 * Tampa Bay at Green Bay Pack by 6 34:28 Chicago at Miami Bears by 10 27:17 *: San Francisco at Washington --------------------------- Yeah, I know that I'm going out on a limb on this one, but hey! The 49ers have had a little trouble out of division, while the Redskins have pulverized their out-of-division teams (only out-of-division loss was to the Bears, and everyone this year has lost to the Bears!). It'll be a close game that could go either way, but I give the Redskins the win by a FG. Okay, so I'm generous! I'm giving Washington their Chhristmas present a little early this year! My prediction: Bears go unbeaten in regular season play. Dolphins are good, but not really much better than the Cowboys (and look hhow they faired), and the Jets are too cocky. They won't take the Bears seriously, and they'll lose; just like the Seahawks lost to the 49ers. Much as I hate to see an unbeaten team, I don't think any tea remaining on the regular season schedule can beat the Bears. Robert A. Ekblaw P.S. Have a happy Thanksgiving, people!
