	I, too, am an avid Packer-Backer (or at least I will be when they
get rid of Jim Zorn  :-)).  In the play mentioned above, the way I remember
it is:  Lee grabbed Payton by the shoulder pads and rode him out of bounds.
As both players reached the sideline, Payton grabbed Lee by the facemask
and pulled him away from the playing field.  So Lee grabbed Payton and 
swung him around.  They just happened to be near the bench by this time,
which made the play look worse on Lee's part.  I thought if any call was
made, it should have been facemask on Payton.
