Does anyone have experience using a Tektronix 9100 for testing Custom designed IC's? Is it and the design link software supplied by Tektronix generally satisfactory? Is the time required to learn how to use the system so large as to inhibit use? Thanks for any info you can supply, if sufficient response I will summarize and post. Fred Fred U.
