[net.lsi] Logic Simulation and Logic Minimization Programs

mcderm@ittvax.ATC.ITT.UUCP (Robert M. McDermott) (06/12/86)

The programs contained in my book, Computer-Aided Logic Design, have been
posted to net.source.

These programs are written in BASIC (No Flames Please), and have been run
on the ITT-XTRA (and XTRA-compatibles, such as the IBM-PC), and the TRS-80
(Model III). The logic simulation program simulates simple digital logic
comprised of Combinational Gates (And, or, xor, etc.) and Flip Flops (D,
JK). The logic minimization program performs multiple output logic
minimization from truth tables or state tables. Neither program is
fast; they are intended to give beginners a hands-on opportunity with CAD
as they learn Logic Design.
