Please do post these theories!  I'm quite amazed at this statement.
I (honestly, of course) know of *no* parents who blame their unpleasant
children the fact that they're adopted.  I know lots of natural parents
who wish they'd never had kids,  I'm sure that there's lots of adoptive
parents who wish the same thing.  Perhaps they erroneously blame it
on the fact that the children are adopted (and tell the psychiatrists that)?
