T.C. Wheeler is right,we have shifted from a STRATAGY OF M.A.D.;
in my opinion it should be called INS.A.N.E. (INStant All out Nuclear
Exchange). WE ,the U.S. & Soviets, are moving toward a L.O.W. point
with ever increasing momentum. (L.O.W.- Launch On Warning)
