I just realized that I've missed an opportunity in my earlier
rambling discussions about voting. The net goes overseas (and
of course overland [overlake? :-) ] to Canada)....
I have a question for those on the net who don't live in
the USA : How does your country assign votes ? Strictly
on the basis of age ? If so, what age ?
Also, I've noticed (at least at this site : hogpd ) that every
article I post seems to go out twice [maybe it's just hogpc
feeding it right back to hogpd, I dunno]. My apologies to any
and all who have become irritated at this. To make amends, I
won't put my "pretty picture" at the end of this article. :-)
