So, the United States Defense Department has begun work
   on a second-generation anti-satellite weapon...

	Welcome to 1984!

------------------------------------------------------------------------

One year at school, some friends of mine and I decided to reserve
"Welcome to Cuba" as a generic punch-line with no joke attached. Obviously
this has been replaced by "Welcome to 1984".

	FLAME APPROACHING:

I have finally flipped out at people who say "Welcome to 1984" at
random times. You might at least notice that the weapon
in question is, strictly, an ANTI-surveillance weapon, since it kills
spy satellites.
