[net.politics] The State of the Socialist/Capitalist State

wbpesch@ihuxp.UUCP (Walt Pesch) (04/14/84)

I think that I will agree with both rabbit!jj and also with the
people that disagree with rabbit!jj.

The rabbit says that labor is based upon the principles of Socialism.
Au contraire. They may have had some of their origins based in the
early wrold-wide socialist movement, but they are solidly entrenched
in the filth that comprises the world today.

The dissenters claim that our current lifestyle is capitolism. I
beleive that we are about as capitalistic as Russia is communistic.
We are merely paying lip service. We are actually living in a
beaurocracy that comes from the days of Keynes. Capitalism died in
this country on Black Friday, 1929. What is monetarily not under the
control of the Federal Government? Ah, you guessed, those few things
that are under the control of the state governments. Who do we vote
for? The people presented by the political power-wielders &
beaurocrats of the political system. You have seen the news with the
Democratic-Union pairing getting the votes out for Mondale, just as we
have seen the Republican-Moral Majority ought fighting against the
forces of Satan.

Onw of course continue on, but how many times has this been re-hashed
and how many times will this be talked about in the future? The only
solution is 3:1, three parts coke to one part Bacardi 151.

Still waiting for the bolt from the skies,
