The terrorists are on the loose!
The New York Times reports today 4/8/84 direct CIA control of the
mining of Nicaraguan Harbors, an act of war under international law!
Great Britain has condemned this terrorist act! France has offered
to help mine sweep the harbors.
American personnel are on the ships from which the mining is directed,
drawing up the plan.
Sound the alarm against International Terror!
