Shooting radioactive waste into space on rockets is clearly daangerous and expensive. How about some kind of electromagnetic launcher? The high density of the nuclear waste would be an advantage, reducing the waste package cross section. (By the way, why is this on net.politics?) Solar cells: Guess who is buying a large fraction of Arco Solar's photovoltaic cells? Marajuana farmers! They need to power irrigation equipment in remote areas in total secrecy.
