There might be someone on the net that will provide that service, but just
in case it is not available, I am creating a reasonable facisimile of the
Membership form from the August 1984 issue of Libertarian Party News

Missouri will have David Bergland on the ballot.

I have a hard enough time getting Dead tapes off at a reasonable rate; I don't
want to take the responsibility of doing this. The LP have a Data General
Eclipse computer, so I don't think it is likely to be on usenet. If you want
literature without joining the party (the only literature you get then is the
LP News) you can send off for:

LP News Subscription (six issues per year):	$10/year
Social Insecurity Cards: $0.01
Selective Slavery System Protest Form $0.01
"Vote Libertarian" Buttons blue/white 2.25"	$0.50
LP Issue Papers: $0.50	10 or more $0.25 a piece
	"Unemployment"
	"Nuclear Weapons Freeze"
	"Nuclear Power--A Question of Insurance"
1984 Platform of the Libertarian Party $0.50
Q & A Brocure $0.10

Make checks payable to Libertarian Party
take 15% discount if the sub-total exceeds $50.00
add 10% Postage and Handling and send your request to the same address
as is reproduced on the membership form reproduced above. Remember to enclose
the addresses of the people you are buying subscriptions for.
