Please correct me if I am mistaken, but I believe "Libertarian" refers
to a memeber of the Libertarian Party, while "libertarian" denotes a
person who believes in the importance of liberty.  I believe most
Libertarians will be voting for David Bergland.  I hope many libertarians
who are not LP members will also vote for Bergland.
