Pershings are probably six to ten minutes from their targets which, again, are probably in Eastern Europe and NOT the USSR. A cruise missile targeted six minutes from its launcher in the UK would land in the Channel, while those in Belgium or the Netherlands would land, at farthest, in the Ruhr... --- das
