I understand that Reagan is supposed to be running the government like a
business (President and CEO of the United States), but I noticed the other day
something new (to me, at least).  Reagan was addressing the press, and I don't
know what White House room it was in, but behind him was a blue oval sign, or
logo if you will, that had a picture of the White House and above it the words:
THE WHITE HOUSE.  

Has anybody heard or read any stories about that sign.  I've asked several
folks if they remember ever seeing it before, and so far no one has.  So if
anyone knows something about it, please let me know.
