And there must be a minimum/no violence against any
parties/candidates/spokespersons, especially there must not be
directed violence against/on behalf of one party/candidate/group of
candidates.  And there must be a minimum of violence against voters
for any reason, especially voters who refuse to support a specific
party/candidate.

The Nicaraguan elections do not pass this test either.
