	i enjoyed your essay.   it is without a doubt an accurate analysis
of media in the u.s. today.  the problem is that many of the members of mass
media today acknowledge what they are doing , but they feel that they are
pursuing an issue that u.s. citizens should be aware of.  but where do they
have the right to get away with this.

	at this point in my life i am in no position to come up with a solutio
n.  but i find that mass media is an excellent check to the present atrocities
commited by out government.

Although the news media is undeniably biased in favor
of a gun ban, your NRA column was equally propaganda
when it edited out accounts of deadly force used.
