An article in the February 15 Datamation describes the experiences of a group of American computer people who went to Nicaragua to help by teaching courses, repair software and hardware systems and generally offer assistance to government ministries. Interesting reading, especially after Reagan's appalling admission last night that it is official U.S. policy to overthrow the sovereign government of an independent country. Had it been Quaddafi talking about how his goal is to "remove" the "present structure" of the Government in Nicaragua, Reagan and his henchmen would be all over the airwaves today about "state-sponsored terrorism." And they'd be right. Mike Kelly
