The creation of wealth requires resources and/or labor.  The *potental*
wealth of a society may be unbounded, but at any given point in time
there is a finite (but not static) quantity of wealth to work with, 
regardless of what policies are used.  An unbounded function should
not be confused with one that maps everything to infinity.
