I admit that I don't know much about the tactics of formal debate. But I
would think that if you quote a well known line you would do well to:

	a) get the line right,
	b) know the source,
	c) know the context.

The above quote is from a Shakespeare play*, it goes the other way round**,
and Antony was speaking of Brutus' position sarcastically.
