[net.politics] Banning Secular Humanism Unconstitutional

The law banning Secular Humnanism in federally funded schools should
be found unconstitutional.

I am a fundamentalist Christian, and believe that God's hand is evident
in the organic Constitution. The law is a clear violation of the First
Amendment,

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; ...".

Neither the Bible nor the Constitution gives the civil authority the
power to make laws regarding religion. Such acts of a "lawless"
Legislature should be decried rather than applauded. Congress has
(again) crossed the boundary in which it has no domain.
