As far as the U.S.A. being illegitimate, I believe that's fairly obvious.
The white christian invaders (aka pilgrims, settlers, etc) had no right
to turn Indian territory over to themselves, since it was not legitimate
"white-man's land" to begin with.  They were an army of occupation on
Indian land.
The U.S. should be returned to those who are the only legitimate americans,
to wit, the Indians.

Looks like Don Black speaks with a forked tongue.
