It may be in the US Constitution, but the Constitution of the United States
of America and the Bill of Rights are dead, Dead, DEAD!! They are regularly
violated by many governmental organizations which find them a nuisance
obstructing the performance of their "jobs", while the courts sit back and
do nothing. I won't even mention what individuals do..
