   I read about this in the Boston Globe.  But it wasn't a law passed by a town
it was a court decision.  A man sued a company that made the gun.  He sued on 
the basis that the gun "Saturday Night Special" is only used for the purpose of
crime and has no other use.  Thus the company knows what the gun will be used
for and is responsible if the gun is used in a crime.  They are saying that the
company is being knowingly negligent.

  I still haven't decide whether I agree with the decision.  I am sorry I don't
remember which issue I read this in.
