Uh, I seem to remember that Hitler and the Nazi's didn't win any elections.
Hitler came close to winning, but missed. If I remember correctly, Hitler was
appointed chancellor by Hindenburg after the Reichstag fire (or maybe it was
just before they burned it down.) There weren't any real elections after that
(until the end of the war.) The Germans have enough guilt without being
credited with electing the monster.
