This probably won't happen in any case as we (the US) don't speak for the French the British, the Pakastanis the Chinese etc. I find it difficult to believe that the US will allow anyone to have nukes when we don't. We will probably reduce the numbers to some more reasonable number (as if any number is reasonable) and maintain that number. These weapons will be held as a deterrant to the use of nukes against us. Until physics finds a way to prevent nukes from detonating, we will have nukes to throw at each other. Pandora's box is open and it can never be closed. dave bottom dec augusta maine
