[ut.general] Is pathalias around?

Does anyone around U of T have the source to pathalias?
Supposedly it came across the net, but I never saw it in
net.sources. If no-one here has it, Mark Horton is going
to ship it to me.

Pathalias is for finding optimal mail paths to a given
site. It uses the data in mod.map.uucp.
