[ut.general] Congratulations to Bill and his Oscar

Congratulations to Bill Reeves and the crew at Pixar on winning an
Oscar for their animated short film called "Tin Toy".  I believe
it is the first time that an animation done by computer graphics has
won in this category.

Bill is a Computer Science Ph.D in Computer Graphics from UofT.

Way to go Bill!
