We see leakage occasionally from ut[exas].general to ut[oronto].general,
but for the leak to be about a job in New York seems a bit much of a
coincidence.

Where is Westchester County, anyway?  Isn't it one of those upper-crusty
places?  Wouldn't a longhorn feel a little out of place? so far from the
CN Tower?  Uh, no, I'm getting confused....
