(think sand, sun, windsurfing) -Quite family neigbourhood- friendly. -BUS STOP 4 doors away (woodbine 92 north to subway = 30min to U of T). -Also Queen car. -Plus the best bicycling in Toronto on the boardway by the water. -Corner store at corner (where it should be) as well as a superstore (cheep) at coxwell or an IGA at subway stop. THE HOUSE: shared by three others: 1 male CSC student and 2 female graphics business people. -is equiped with: -two phones lines (one for modem use) -two fridges -two bathrooms -washer and dryer -backyard and big deck -other little goodies like cental air conditioning!
