[net.arch] How to fab one-of-a-kind systems, wire-wrapping

Just to put in my $0.005 worth --

1.	Wire-wrapping is a pain. I suggest that if you can find an
automated process to do the actual physical work, it would be
much relief from tedious and error-prone work.
2.	I haven't used proto-boards, but they look much easier to use than
wire-wrap, so even though they're generally not for final work, at
least test your stuff out on one if you can get one so that you
don't have to go through so much trouble trying to correct logic
errors (of course, you are still going to have to worry about bad
wraps, broken wires, and plain mistakes when you transfer to
wire-wrap). If you can get the stuff done on a PC board or by
automated wire-wrapper after proto-board testing it would still
	be helpful in this regard.
