Help! I am trying to find out which issue of Computer Design (or what-
ever) has the article on VMEbus arbiter metastability problems. I have
looked through all of the issues of Computer Design from January 1985 to
July 1985, inclusive, except for February (which I couldn't find!). I
may have missed it (even though I looked twice!), it may have been in an
issue I didn't look through, or it may have been in a different publica-
tion altogether! A pointer would be greatly appreciated at this point!
