While we're talking about RISCs to watch, try on the INMOS transputer (not
quite a RISC, but very similar), and, especially, the Acorn RISC Machine.
ARM is especially interesting because it's not aimed at higher performance
but cheap-cheap-cheaper higher performance.

Lingering affection for the land of my fathers moves me to write this note
about Britain's brightest new chips.
