If you're library subscribed to S-100 Microsystems Magazine (now
called Micro/Systems Journal), you will find that Issue 1/Vol. 1
contains the entire S-100/IEEE-696 spec.  The editor of the magazine
was the coauthor of the spec.  Needless to say, S-100 Microsystems
was a good source for practical S-100 interfacing literature.
