I am trying to find out if there is enough interest on the
net to either
1) start a net.dsp discussion group, -or-
2) get discussions going on currently existing groups.
If there is a great enough response I will post.

My group here at BNR is interested in seeing the establishment of a dsp newsgroup, possibly as net.arch.dsp or simply net.dsp. The latter would provide for future expansion to net.arch.N where N is a specific processor name. It would be nice if all the DSP suppliers and potential suppliers can participate. Yes, I think that the number of different DSP microprocessors and their diverse applications warrants a separate group.
