[net.lang.ada] Pascal_IO package ready for preview

I have almost completed a Pascal_IO package a la Paul Hilfinger's suggestions.
Unlike Doug's demonstration effort this will be more suitable for actual use
(a matter of packaging more than function, really).  But it isn't ready for
submission to the Ada Repository just yet (next week maybe) so if you want it
send me mail -- I'd appreciate your comments before I submit it.
