[net.lang.ada] CAIS Version 2 contract award

     I am pleased to announce that NOSC today has signed a contract for
the development of CAIS Version 2 with a team of SofTech and Compusec.
Contract start will be 1 December 1985. Please join me in congratulating
all of the final bidders on a group of excellent proposals - the 
competition was tight! Now we can all look forward to some more good
progress in this important work.
