[net.lang.ada] Japanese translation of Ada Reference Manual

Does anyone know the whereabouts of a japanese translation of the
Ada Reference Manual or even a draft of a such a translation.
I seem to remember hearing a while back at one of the SIGAda
meetings that such a translation was in progress.
