[net.lang.ada] Erroneous distribution of prototype ACEC

I have withdrawn the prototype ACEC suite from distribution via ada20,
due to an error on my part concerning the distributability (issat a word?)
of the suite.  The suite continues to be available through contractors
at Wright-Patterson AFB (contact the Ada Information Clearing House for
specific information).
