In our continuing effort to add statistical functions to S, I have coded some stuff based on user demand here at presby. These include: anova: two-way analysis of variance (simple) pairedt: paired t statistics (on matrix columns) tukey: tukey statistic (ibid) bonferoni: bonferoni statistic (ibid) If there is enough interest out there, I am willing to put these in a file, along with help files, Smakefiles, etc. and ship it to interested parties.
