You can have custom downhill boots made for you by Daleboot USA 2150 South 300 West Salt Lake City, Utah 84115 (801) 487-3649 They claim to be able to fit anybody. I've never tried them myself. My own legs are a little unusual, but are within the range of adjustment of off-the-shelf boots. You might want to try the Salomon boots before you go to Daleboot.
